Join us as we partner with two legendary WA producers to celebrate all things west Aussie.

Located in the picturesque Nannup hills, Chestnut Brae produces some of the finest chestnuts and pork in the country. Chef Francesco has crafted a four course menu to perfectly pair this produce with the sublime wines of Below and Above at their venue in Subiaco on December 11th at 6:30pm

  • Starter: Pumpkin and chestnut soup paired with 2020 Chardonnay 
  • First Main Course: Tortelli with Italian sausages and ricotta, mushroom sauce, and Parmesan. Paired with 2020 Pinot Noir
  • Second Main Course: Slow cooked Pork capocollo (Scotch fillet), Parsnip puree, poached pear in a Merlot Below and Above, and red wine reduction. Paired with 2019 Merlot
  • Dessert: Panna cotta with truffle infused honey, topped with truffle freeze. Paired with Chestnut Liqueur
