A beginner level introduction to wine suitable for those starting a wine career or pursuing an interest in wine.
For individuals new to wine study, this qualification provides a hands-on introduction to the world of wine.
You’ll explore the main types and styles of wine through sight, smell, and taste, while also gaining the basic skills to describe wines accurately, and make food and wine pairings.
To gain this qualification, candidates must successfully complete a 30-question multiple choice question paper.
Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
Level 1 Course - Saturday 3rd of May 2025
Course Location - by Old Bridge, 229b Queen Victoria Street, North Fremantle from 6-8pm
Course Time - 9am - 4pm with the exam from 4:15pm-5pm. Food for morning tea, lunch and the afternoon break is included in the cost of the ticket.
